Quotes an be requested through any of our IT Account Managers by email. We guarantee a 24 hour turn around time in our quote requests.
Once pricing and availability have been approved, a purchase order (PO) must be provided to Western Tech Trend by email.
Tracking will be provided for each order once all products on that order have shipped. As soon as an order has been fulfilled the customer will be notified. Most of our orders are shipped through FedEx or UPS. Your account manager can provide a different shipping carrier if requested.
Any returns that are needed will be accepted and handled by Western Tech Trend if they are within the return policy issued for that product. If the return is not within the that products return policy Western Tech Trend will give you the information for you to contact the part’s \ manufacturer.
